Position Overview

Work schedule: Monday – Friday; Day Shify

Location: On-site

Department: Sales

Your Daily Responsibility

  • Engage with Japanese-speaking prospects and existing clients through inbound and outbound communications
  • Promote and sell solutions tailored to client needs
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools
  • Stay up to date on company products, services, and market trends to remain competitive

What we are looking for

  • Fluent Japanese speaker with excellent verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English; written Japanese is an advantage
  • 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience (BPO or sales industry is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in managing client relationships
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication platforms
  • A fast learner with an interest in tech-driven sales
